Capabilities
The connector reads each LogicMonitor user, each role, and the roles assigned to
every user through the LogicMonitor REST API. Each role is exposed as an
entitlement, and a grant is emitted for every user assigned that role.
Gather LogicMonitor credentials

Sign in to your LogicMonitor portal at
https://<account>.logicmonitor.com
and note your account name — it is the subdomain in that URL.2
Navigate to Settings > User Access > API Tokens and create a
Bearer Token for a user with read access to Settings.

Copy the Bearer token value. You will not be able to view it again after
leaving the page.
Configure the LogicMonitor connector

Follow these instructions to use a built-in, no-code connector hosted by C1.Done. Your LogicMonitor connector is now pulling access data into C1.

In C1, navigate to Integrations > Connectors and click Add connector.

Search for LogicMonitor and click Add.

Choose how to set up the new LogicMonitor connector.

Set the owner for this connector.

Click Next.

Find the Settings area of the page and click Edit.

Enter the LogicMonitor credentials:
- Account name: your LogicMonitor portal subdomain, for example
acme. - Bearer API token: the Bearer token you created in LogicMonitor.

Click Save.

The connector’s label changes to Syncing, followed by Connected. You can view the logs to ensure that information is syncing.
